My Order no: # 403-2772378-7425149
I brought one Logitech Stereo Headset H110 in Amazon online. ORDER PLACED on 24 October 2014 and I should receive Monday 27 October 2014. Because I paid extra amount to receive early. But I could not receive my Item
If I contact them from Monday onwards they are telling you will receive by tomorrow.If I contact them again they are telling by tomorrow. Finally I spokes with supervisor also on 29/10/2014 they promised you will receive within 48 hours. But after that also there is no response. Again I contacted them some one is telling you will receive by tomorrow and some one is telling it will take 2 or 3 days. If I ask them strongly they are telling you can cancel your order and you will get amount back within 3 business days. One things I am not understanding why I paid extra amount to receive my item early?. Why thy are telling like by tomorrow and tomorrow?. Why I need to cancel my item and wait 3 business days? I want to take a action on them.
Please help on this.
