SIR/MAM,
i had submitted my cell phone xolo opus q1000 with imei no.911351000363114 on 8\10\2014 at shree jee communication(authorised service centre) .After 22 days when i ask for my phone they told me that i am not having any record of your phone and we are not able to detect it.after creating pressure on them they provide me another cell phone with imei no.911351002585102 this phone belong to some another person.he is cheating on us. i want my own phone its my basic right.
kindly make an urgent inquiry as i am a retired person and i am suffering because of this.
