I have purchase karbon mobile ( handset no. – A-26). After some days It stops working. I visited service center as it is in warranty period. I have deposited my mobile with service center on 10/04/2014 for servicing. I have not received my mobile and did not recieve any qurry or any action from karbon service center till today ( 30/06/2014).
please look into the matter.
