I am Ajeet Kumar from Kolkata. The below few lines states my Complain against “http://shopping.rediff.com” (Rediff Shopping Team)
I ordered a Original “Lenevo Eternity Laptop Bag/backPack” through my debit card in online shopping. But I received a old stock and damage product . I called to Rediff customer care executive for issueing a new fresh product. or else make my full refund amount.
I keep on calling even sending them mail with broken bag attachment snaps and they are simply assuring me to provide the new one but every end of the day , not receiving any response. They are simply duping me and may be other customers too.
I totally became disheartened and disappointed with their service. Last 7 days, i did n’t get any assurance for replacement or refund. So, I lodge a complain to teach them with proper punishment so that this won’t happen to other customers.
So, Please pull myself on your socks and think how frustrated it is !
