I ordered one LUVLAP BABY STROLLER (Order Number: 404-8717315-7202753) on 27th June, 2014 with door step delivery promise. I got a call on 3rd July from the First Flight, the courier company to collect the package from their regional office which is 15-20 KM away from my home. They also threatened me that otherwise they will return the package. I immediately informed the customer care of Amazon and they assured me with confidence that it will be delivered to my door step on or befroe 19th July. On 20th July I received an email stating that the package is lost by First Flight and upon my request they reshiped the package again via First Flight with double assurence of door-step delivery. But till now I havn’t received the package. When I asked for the refund and the compensation, they told that I’ll only get the same amount of money I paid. But I need the compensation for my wait based on their false promises and baseless assurences.
