Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.)
towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati
Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam.
After 4months I came to know that the same flat is sold for others also
and I was cheated. From the day he absconded, closed his office and
phone no.âs changed.
Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police
station on 23/9/2012 and one more complaint is given in commisionerâs
office on 6/10/2012.
No action is taken against him till now.

a) Flat No.107, Sai Dharani Enclave, Opposite to Police Station, Gopalapatnam,
Visakhapatnam.
I heard recently that he (Satish) cheated so many people in similar way.
I am requesting you to take necessary action and no other will trap in builderâs hand in future.
