I got a call from online shopping site “100bestbuy.com” to pay Rs 840 and they will send me a Belmonte Watch and subsequently I will be eligible for contest and 50% cash back on my future shopping from that site. This offer also had a return clause under which I can return the watch if don’t found worth. I received the watch and it was probably one of the worst quality watch which I have ever seen. I returned the watch under the return clause and informed the customer care of that website about the same through E Mail dated 30th May 2013. I also called up their customer care and informed about the same.
I got the assurance that they will reverse the payment in the mode of credit points in my account. Since then I have been following with them to credit my points in my account but haven’t got any resolution so far. Earlier I use to receive assurances on e-mail that my matter will be resolved but now They have even stopped reverting on my mails.
I request you to take necessary action against such a irresponsible and a cheat website. I don’t want those credit points now. I want my full money back.
