Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding the Consignment note-097 dated 15-06-2012.
Which are still not reached even after 13 days.
My household items were picked from Shrenik Nagar CHS, Amrut Nagar, Ghatkoper(W), Mumbai on 15-June-2012. Which was scheduled/promised to reach in 6 days to Sector 71 Noida.
I had paid 60% of total 15,800 (Rs 14000 bill amount inclusive of 40k insurance (mentioned on the quotation) + 1800 (charges for excessive 60k insurance amount)) : Rs. 9000 by cheque (Duetsche Bank) + 500 cash.
Rest 6320 rs was to be paid on delivery.
But, I got 2 days back that there is some issue of service tax (12.36% on bill of 14000 (quotation for shifting)). I dont know how Mr R K Chaudhary (on phone-9321766680) calculated total amount to be paid. He told to pay Rs. 8500 more.
As my items are costly and I need them as early as possible. I agreed to pay.
But now contact persons of the company are not responding to my calls.
Some person (Suresh) from Gurgan says that it will take more 6 days as all the staff is on leave for some manager’s marriage. Which is totally unacceptible.
I need my household items of around 1.5 lakh as soon as possible, My family in shock.
These guys are not picking calls.
