Product Not Delivered in Given Time

I want to lot a complain against online shoperstop.com.

Hi,

There are three order I maid

1.3404121

One of the order is been delivered to me i.e. 3404177 but rest one is pending.

When I am checking the shipment detail with courier they are saying they can’t provide the courier to me because of they don’t have facility to provide there but here is my click that why and how they provided shipment of first order number.

When I called to you guy’s customer care first of they are totally illiterate they don’t even know single one thing.

Second thing as per your commitment it is been said that it will be delivered in 2 to 3 business day. I ordered all these things on 8th June only but still fighting with you guys.

Seriously it is not acceptable, please answer me of my below two questions

1 – If you guys known to this that this shipment is not able to delivered to desired destination why you have given to that courier service ?
2 – How can it is possible that of the order id is been delivered and not others ?

Now in all these things the time you guys are taking who is responsible and why customer will suffer in this ?

This is totally not acceptable and from now onwards I am not going to purchase anything from Shoppers stop.com
