Sir,
I bought a NetConnect data card from Reliance Gallery on 25/06/12 for 3G netconnectivity. I enquired about the speed and the connectivity of the datacard, in my locality. I was assured by the executive of 7.2mbps speed and the connectivity.
I operated the datacard for 10days to my satisfaction.But after this the speed and the connectivity of the datacard were both lost. I lodged a complaint with the customer care and asked to rectify the mistake. But the executives could not do anything in this matter and said everything was o.k. from their side.
After so many interactions and complaints the matter is not resolved to this date and so I asked to terminate my connection and to give the refund of Rs1300/-for the datacard which I purchased from the gallery. But to my shock and horror they refused to make a refund and instead levied a billof Rs. 812on me. The termination request has not been accepted and it will be done only after 7days of the request, as it is the policy of the company.
A bill of Rs.243 has already paid by me for the month of june andfew days of july.
KINDLY GET ME A REFUND OF RS.1300+243+812+and relieve me of the harrasement and time wastage which i faced due to false promises by the so called fraud reliance company.
