I Mr.Sunil Kumar Ukhul have purchased a flat ie F. No. 502, Bldg No. 3, Ostwal Orchid Next To Cinemax, Bevarly
Park Miraroad- E Thane 401107,which is under ostwal builder constrution. The commitment for possession of the property was in december 2011, which is not yet given. Moreover, in the month of May 2012, we got a letter from Ostwal, stating that possession will be given from 27th May 2012, and last installment of home loan is to be paid. We got the same from DHFL bank and paid to Ostwal Office, since then we haven’t got any information/intimation from the builder. Please look into this issue as we have taken last installment from bank and our monthly EMI is raised and we haven’t got the possession yet. The reason is the property hasn’t got O.C. yet but that’s not a purChaser’s problem. From last month our preEMI is converted to EMI and still we do not have the possession.
