Quirk fraud

Hi sir,
I have booked one study cum computer table on Quikr on17th Dec 2015, and I got link to make payment online so I can get item delivery at my doorstep even before saying Quikr but as of today after confirmation of receiving payment of rps 4000 they have not sent me my item even they r not bother to call me any time I only calling them which is very difficult to get connect with their customer care I called them then they said talk to our warehouse I called to their warehouse too then too they r not responding even they r not returning my money it’s already 7 days over while calling them they are putting me on hold and discarding my call all the time.. Please help me to get my item or my money sir.
