i have purchased mafatlal shirts from home shop 18 at rs 1999 but didnt get my refund till now

i have purchased mafatlal shirts from home shop 18 at rs 1999 the product quality is to bad for this i have complaint to them,they told me to send back the product they will provide me my money.i have send back the product but didnt get my refund till now.it being 1 month i have recived product on 3.5.2014 and send back the product on 4.5.2014 through dtdc courier.but didnt get the refund they are saying that it is being processed but nothing is done,then they said they want proof of delivey i have send that also but now they are saying they didnt recive my email i again send it but no response,i am fed up with them now.
