I had ordered 3 pair of randier shoes via next retail india limited through online purchasing on 3/06/2014. However on 9/6/14 I got all the three same shoes. I talked to customer care of next shopping, they said me to return the whole consignment via courier to their address at delhi. It was delivered there on 21/6/14. They told me that within 15 days I will get my correct shoes & courier charge. However no response yet. Whenever I call customer care they screw me.
