Location/place: PUNE

Name of company/service: Indian Health Organisation

Dear Sir/ madam,

I have purchased policy for 9 members on Saturday 09.03.2013.I have asked your representative about EMI facility to pay total amount.
That time he told me that it is possible. He called his senior on 9004813658 number from my mobile about this EMI faciity.Even he was agreed for the same.
But once i reveived a welcome message from your company on Monday morning they refused to give me EMI facility.
Please let me know the status first. And one thing to mention is now your representative not even willing to provide me the information aboyut this.
I need immediate action.

I have talked to your Delhi office ( Mrs Kanika ) on 12.03.2013 @ 5.10 PM regarding this issue. She also noted the complaint. Now please let me know that when i’ll get the status of this issue.
Otherwise i will have to cancel this policy. And find new company.Everytime your representative providing wrong information.I havent received any call from your company.I have tried many times on your company phone. But they never responded.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Yesterday(13.03.2013,20.35) i have received a call from your representative Mr.Pratik (020 67299100).He told me that my EMI will not be possible as mistake is from my side. But i have already mention about EMI in earlier mail to Mr Sanjay (9673656431).That time Sanjay have called Mr Vishal (9004813658).And now Pratik is saying that this is not possible. He was telling me that he is calling from Delhi. He was not accepting the earlier discussion. So i have asked him the procedure to cancel the policy. And refund me the entire amount.
Today i have called Mr Vishal and Sanjay but they are not responding to my call and ignoring. And now Sanjay is telling me that he have left the job.Now you have to decide whether i continue the service from you stop ?
