Admit card not recieved for the entrance examination they promised to conduct

I have completed my B.Tech with ECE stream & am searching for jobs these days.In the month of february, i saw the add of
“Matwork Technologies”. It said , it will conduct an entrance examination GERT-Graduate Engineer Recruitment Test. I downloaded the form & filled it offline with a demand draft of Rs. 170. Around 10 march, i started looking for the admit card. I filled the details they asked and clicked “send”.It said, “Your admit cards is being downloaded,please wait”. I waited for about 45 minutes without any result. Next day I called on the three numbers they had provided to contact. Till now, I call everyday, the phones are switched off and admit card is still being downloaded. I have given many entrance examinations & admit cards are given about 15 days ago. The exam is on 17 march(2 days to go). I guess this is a fraud company. The website is “www.matworktechnologies.com”.
I want my money back.
