Provided Fake Data Card Registered on some others Name

Name of company/service: MTS

Hello,
I Purchased a data card from MTS in Dec 2010, where as the same data card is registered with some other persons name, & some other data card which is not with me registered on my name.

MTS peoples don’t respond properly, as well din’t take any action as well…

I made up followup with them, & now they ask me to go to this & that outlet…
