My self-Ashwani Kumar having A/C in your Branch, which no. is 05950110012413.Sir, On dated 05/07/12 I withdraw Rs.-10,000 Three time at Induslnd Bank ATM(Aruban Estate,Jamalpur,Ludhiana) due to some Problem in ATM my last transaction(TXN. NO. 4149) stuck in ATM and amount Rs.- 8000/- revert back.
I Have already complain Induslnd Bank to resolve my Problem.Now I write You to please Do needful to resolve my Problem.
I attached the copy of last transaction and mini statement of my account for your ready reference. I shall be very thankful for your kind co-operation.
