My name is Shikha Soni and i am from Delhi. Sir we had a Purchase a house in Uttam Nagar (Delhi), House No C – 77, top floor with roof right. Property Details are given below :
Dealer : Akash Chawla Arun Singhal, Varun Singhal
Bulider : Punit Singhal
Value : 18,60,000 (Eighty Lakh Sixty thousand Rupees)
Biyana amount : 1,60,000 (One Lakh sixty thousand)
Sir we have given them One Lakh sixty thousand as token (Biyana) amount and as per there commitment that they will provide us Loan facility and they have right this is thing in Stamp paper as well. we had given the biyana on 6th Sep 2013 and Loan timing was 2 months. Now they didn’t do anything about our Loan and also not replying us, we’re keep calling them but they didn’t give us a proper reply and also they have said go and file the case in court.
we are middle class people and we can afford Time and money in this matter as we are very frustrated now.
