promises not kept

I bought a Photonmax wi-fi data card bearing number 9241216383. Even though the company loudly boast about the speed of internet (up to 6.1BPS), we harly get such speeds. The company hides under area restrictions, network problems, TRAI regulations etc and do not very clearly bring out such information to the customer’s notice while selling the product.
The company’s customer service is the worst one can come across. Customer service is a misnomer.
