Promised to give bank job, took money and denied

I saw a Job vacancy in quicker and went for the interview. They told that its for a bank. 2 days later they called me and said that I was selected and I have to give Rs 10000 for the job training in installments and then my placement will be done. I thought that it is a consultancy and paid Rs 2500 as the first installment. I thought I will give the rest amount after joining. Just after transferring the money the contact person asked me when are you giving the rest of the amount ? I replied after joining. Then he told me that I have to pay the entire amount within the training period. I was shocked and said that I cant give but then they refused to refund. Next day I went again with my sister in law and more shockingly they totally refused the promise of providing bank job. They said the candidate have to complete the training and has to pass the exam then if she cracks the interview then she will get the job. We had arguments with the person over there but nothing positive happened. I am only 20 years old and have very little knowledge about all these things. Really need help and proper justice.
