I am Karanjeet SIngh , i have purchased a combo offer deo from shoplcues .com as on 6-apr-16 or i have received order from company open & missing or few qnty from the Currier. i have not received and same day return to the company after this i have received a mail where company initiated my refund or as per TAT payment will be reflected in my account as on 05 May but still i have not received any payment from shopclues or i have lots of time followup with customer care through call & mails but they are unable to help me my payment amount is 436 inr this is very useful for me.. pls. take a valid action against company and provide and money as soon as possible.
