On 05/06/12 I got a sms from MTS saying , on recharge of 21 Rs. I will get 50 STD mins. instantly & 10 extra mins. in 48 hours.I got the 50 mins. instantly but till now didn’t get the rest 10 mins. I complained to the customer care on 11/06/12 , 12/06/12 , 13/06/12 respectively but the didn’t take any complain! Rather every time told me that the problem will be solved within 12 hours, but I didn’t get any solution…
