My husband( Naresh Gupta) Booked a plot in my name in 2009 with Grand Sapphire Infratech Pvt. Ltd. that time they comiited that with two they will give the possession, but more than two year was over they even not send us any information letter , after two and half year i spoken to their office , they told me that sir one paper you need to sign and send us back on that paper they wrote that project will be taking more 18 month. so i wrote a mail to their director and they Company mail that , please refund my money with 24 % interest as my locking period is completed. then they said our procedure
you complete the said document , your money will be refunded. and when the day will come they said pick up the cheque at our Gurgaon office and i surprised that they are giving me just 96 k amt cheque even my principle amt them 2.14 lac, if i add my interest cost it will be appox . more than 3 lacs.
Please help us to get our money with interest and harassment cost as well.
