I had placed an order on 16th oct,2014 from the website “www.snapdeal.com”.They had given me the estimated delivery time as 28th oct,2014 which they themselves had extended to 3rd nov.I had mailed them thrice asking about the late delivery but every time they said sorry for the inconvenience caused.I asked them to give a compensation to me but neither they had delivered my product nor providing me with any compensation.my order id is-3217784106.my product name is-tiekart combo of brown pocket square necktie and cufflink.The product code is-4498323171.i have paid RS.849 for this product

    SNAPDEAL HAS CANCELLED MY PRODUCT AND THEY HAD RETURNED MY CASH.BUT I WANT A COMPENSATION AMOUNT ALSO BECAUSE THEY OF THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS A CUSTOMER.I ORDERED THAT PRODUCT FOR AN OCCASION AND THESE PEOPLE HAD RUINED IT ALL.THEY DIDN’T EVEN REPLIED TO ME PROPERLY. EVERY TIME I INQUIRED ABOUT MY PRODUCT VIA EMAIL ,THEY SENT ME A COMPUTER GENERATED MAIL.IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER.I WANT A COMPENSATION AMOUNT ALSO.
