Product return due to fault of company staff

On 27th July 2012 I send some product (rakhi and chocolates)to Dehradun from dtdc Patna, anisabad branch (CN. no. K56975377) and product reach their on 29th July 2012, but due to fault of staffs of DTDC – Dehradun, my product return yesterday.This give us loss of net Rs 1000.
