my self ruchit agrawal. i have buy the pentel tab for rs 3699 on 14th aug 2012. when i open the parcel the mobile i got from the snapdeal is not in a good condition & i returned it to the snapdeal through courier.
when i complain to the company the are telling its your fault. my registered mobile number in snapdeal is 9096939296.

please solve my problem.
