Booked an order and Online Payment done with M/s. bookstok Media Pvt. Ltd. for monthly subscription for ” Tell Me Why ” Magazine for 3 years (i.e. 36 issues) on dated 12th APRIL 2014. Payment done by Debit Card on same date. ( (Order No.-16427 , BSID – 125598) . M/s. bookstok e-mailed that Free Gifts and First Issue of the magazine will be received with in 7 to 8 weeks. But Till Date not a single issue is received and the free gift posted was receipt in damaged condition. I have send the mails regarding the same time to time with details but no any response by M/s. bookstok.
