Dear Sir/Madam,
I made an online order for Yamaha YBX Fuel Tank at SZ Motor Cycle Industries on their website “www.safexbikes.com” for Rs. 5475. They promised me to deliver the purchased item with in 7 days at the provided address, they failed to deliver the package due to which i asked them to kindly refund me online payment. I have called them many times past few days, they said they will refund it but have failed to do so.
What shall i do please help me.
