Product or no refund receievd since 65 days

Name of company/service: Timtara

I purchase 3 product from Timtara Tranction id – 10114825 online retailer on 21st may.The shipping time was 10-15 days but no delivery take place after so much time.Then i cancel order 25 days ago but even then timtara team not give me refund amount.Every time i call to customer care and same reply is found pending status.
No mail,no call is coming from their side.
Please help me to sort out from this issue.
