GYM Anuall membership is never cancelled

Hello Sir,
I joined Fitnessone GYM in Vyallikaval sadashivnagar ,Bangalore on 3rd january2012.
In Febuary month i had piles operation because of which i had take bedrest for 2 month, i went to cancel my membership as it was very far from office also healthissues i had, they kept playing with me saying get another member from your family ,else the money can never be refunded. i tried to convince my husband already joined another GYm and hence have nobody to get registered, they never understood the health problem and even now i keep callign them and contacting them but i never recevied the refund. They are just by making me to call on diffretn times. its been 7 months and i never received any refund. Kindly help me to get my refund, where i have made the annual payment of 16thousand.
