I purchased a beauty product (Derma seta) through a website (TeleShopping) on 21st-Aug-2013.
When I checked the product 2 of it’s attachment were already broken. When I plugged in that product to start charger sparked and it went off.
I tried to follow up with the respected executive who delivered me the product, most of the time he doesn’t pick the call and if he picks then he redirect me to some other department which also doesn’t pick the call.
At last any how I tried to log a complaint to their respective department and they said the money will get refunded in next 15 days in my account.
They asked for my complaint number and my account number. But I am not satisfy with response they gave me while raising the complaint.
I am doubtful whether they will refund me or not.
Product was on money back guarantee with in 60 days.
