MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MY HTC ONE V

– I FACED LOW CONNECTIVITY IN MY MOBILE, I REQUESTED MORE THEN 3 TIME. ACTUAL PROBLEM IS WHEN I AM IN BASEMENT AREA OR GROUND FLOOR AREA MY MOBILE IS GONE ON ” NO CONNECTIVITY MODE” BUT WHEN IT WAS ON SAME MODE THEN I CAN RECEIVE ONLY INCOMING CALL ( I ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT OF MY MOBILE) AND MANY TIMES WHEN I CAME AT REGULAR NETWORK BUT MY MOBILE CANT CONNECT WITH NETWORK FOR 20-25 MINUTE. MAY I KNOW HOW ITS POSSIBLE? IN THAT CASE, I WAS DISCUSSED ON 28TH AUG. 2013 AT 8.10 PM WITH YOUR TECHNICIAN ON CUSTOMER CARE (1800 266 3566 ). MAY KNOW HOW CAN YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I AM TIRED OF THAT SITUATION.
I WARNED YOU THAT IF ALL MY PROBLEM IN 3 WORKING DAYS I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER COURT AND PLEASE REPLY ME THERE.
I HAVE ALL RECORDS WHEN I CALLED FOR HELP BUT NOBODY GUIDE ME PROPERLY.
