Product not shipped even after taking money

On 23rd April,2013 I had purchased Seduire Titanic Jewellery Set with Swarovski Elements Crystals order no 100005566 online from http://www.bhaap.com/ and paid the money as well. It has been 6 days and I am not able to track my order. I have no idea where the product is, whether it has been shipped or not. They have not mentioned any contact number as well. Please help me out of this .
