I had raised a request for converting my prepaid sim to postpaid, a guy from vodafone came and collected my document and money, but till date nothing has happened and i am following up with them but all the time they are saying we will resolve it and get back to you after half an hour, but there is no response, i am really fed up as i am having a lot of problem because of that.
