I had purchased the Karbonn Tab through Time india Shopping having IMEI No. ST2I019424, but after 2-3 days working my tab was getting hanged and suddenly switched off. After approaching service center of borivalli they tried but the tab condition got worsen as it’s touch also not sensing after repairing the same. once again I given it to service center and he send this product to delhi with JOB SHEET NO. KJASPMH344213K1216 for further solution but after approx. 1 month I am still waiting to get repaired my tab.
on approaching to Times of India they are telling they can not do anything I have to approach to Karbonn. But Karbonn helpline is not reachable or connecting but always busy. Even they are not replying of my mails.
