I had order coolpad note 3 lite mobile on 3rd march. Order was expected to receive me on 7th march,2016. But they didn’t dispatched d order on 7th march. Then i contacted customer care. They changed d expected delivery date 7-10th march. Again i didn’t recived d order on 10th march. I contacted customer care many times.They said my product is in hisar, but there is delay in dispatching d product. They never give me a satisfactory response. My phone is placed in hisar. But they are not delivering it to me. Moreover,this is not the first time they r not delivering d product. On 4th feb also, i ordered d same product from a different account ( from email -id :Johny [email protected]). It was about to receive me on 10th feb. But i didn’t get it on 10th feb. In 11th feb they told me that my phone got damaged in ambala. They didn’t place a new order for me. I m trying to buy this phone from last one month. But they always cancel my order.They r wasting our precious time. Please take necessary action against amazon courier. Below are my details regarding order :
