Dear sir,
With much regret I am to inform you that I have sent several e-mails to RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE regarding excessive bill raised by them but not a single reply came to me. Still I have paid the disputed bill raised by them. Now I have decided to terminate the line and have sent request through his Authorised Mobile Stores for termination of line. But they are still sending bill and not ready to terminate the line. I also do not know whether they have terminated the line or not because I have not using the Reliance net connection.I failed to check the position through Date Card because some technical problem shows in Date Card.I pay your kind attention.
