Product not received after 5 days of Deliver date provided by Shopclues

I purchased one AC “Voltas 155 CYA 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split Air Conditioner” (Order id- 53860679) on 25th May’15 & shopclues provided 3rd Jun’15 as my delivery date but till now the product has not received & every time when I am calling to help line, they are saying only one thing that we are raising one ticket & you’ll get update within 48 hours but not received proper response. Today they disconnected my call as I asked that if I’ll not received resolution within 48 hours then to whom I need to contact because after 48 hours you’ll say that wait for next 48 hours because we are raising one ticket for you.
