Dear Sir,
I have a saving account in kotak mahindra bank and trading account with kotak securities. Rs. 3367.92 has been debited from my saving account on 26.05.2015.
On asking about this deduction they replied these are depository charges. But at the time of opening trading account sales manager of kotak bank said to me no charges will applicable for one year he didnt disclose this condition. I talk to many times Mr. Prashant Parmar (Bank Employee) but he always reply, sir, this amount is not reversible so we will manage next time when you come our branch for taking car loan or home loan etc. Sir, I humble request please do the needful for refund this amount as soon as earlier.
