I purchased a Philips Trimmer QT 4019 from india times shopping buy online payement with debit card with order no.3001942803 on date 27 jan 2013 but stil i have not received it yet althogh my delivery date was 10th feb 2013. once they send it with courier but they called it back before delivery saying that my delivery is before the delivery date and after that I call their customer care and they give all rubish excuse for not shipping and say that sir please call after 48hrs when i call but after thati have not recieved any updated about delivry of my product..please take action…
