sir i gave single subject exam which was absent in M.Com previous year but i am not being given the marks sheet. when got the reason by R.T.I it is said that i gave the exam without spacial permission that was needed because i gave the exam one year late now i applied for this spacial permission but i am being neither given the marks sheet nor the spacial permission to give exam again.
