product not delivered and money not refunded

I Mr.vikas kakade was ordered Asus zen phone 5 on date 21.03.2015 order no.#10516.but till date product not delivered while money also not refunded.and there custemer care no.also not reachable.I mail twicely but therr reply was not coming .so please help me .order placed for ahmednagar location. On address Mr.j.g.Bodakhe.apurva apartment,
Room no 203,kumbhar galii nalegaon,ahmednagar.
