Pls. go through the forwarded mail here containing my bus e tkt detail.
Through this connection I would like to draw your kind attention that the service was worst ever i faced in my life. No body of staffs was in position to help us at bus stop in bangalore at mentioned place. First of all, as you can find from the e-tkt, my ticket was for AC SLIPPER. The staff told me at 8:00pm that the buswill depart at 11:00 PM. At 10:15 PM he again told the bus is delayed by one hr and is at 12:15 AM. Again at 11 pm it was circulated that the ac slipper bus is cancelled and non AC slipper will be there. At 12:10 AM, All the staff were speachless and no update was there. Even the behaviour of staff was also not acceptable. Some time some street people used to come with semi concious state having full drunked alcohol and speaking rough languages near families and ladies. Even few staff was also drunk. Again at 12:45 am it was circulated that no bus is available and the passengers should think themselves. Finally one non ac seating bus arrived at 1:30 am and we any how arrived to toranagallu. There at toranagallu again the bus driver was not in favour to come inside JSW.
Can you please make some comment in this regrad and think to refund my justified money.!1!
