Product not delivered and misbehaviour by agents

Very poor service from Amazon India, we ordered 2products, the first one came faulty which we returned and still awaiting delivery. The second one delivery date was 14th Oct , from 11th Oct agents are calling me asking my address, but till now they haven’t delivered the product. When we are trying to reach out to them Karthik and other 2agents did not help , spoke to leadership team members hema and ali. None of them were helpful. Till now we haven’t received the products.
Misbehaviour by delivery boys and call agents hema and ali, the agent who came to pick up the return was not ready to provide the acknowledgement until we forced him to. Very poor service @AmazonIN

    It is very disappointing and mischievous behaviour from the Amazon.in .
    I have ordered a moto G turbo mobile on 3rd October 2016 and still there is no sign of delivery from the Amazon services.
    There customer services is very disappointing and have consumed my 5 days in talking to them.it is very frustrating for me.i have wasted my useful time for their fault and mischievous act.

    Amazon is not even accepting their fault and mistake neither trying to resolve my issue.
    It has become time wasting days for me.

    I want to lodge a complaint against their poor service and not willing to serve the customer up to the mark.
