Non-refund of excess amount paid to Idea

To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings! Myself Anil Shukla, an idea postpaid customer till July 12, 2016 and later I had ported my Idea postpaid mobile number 9822367025 to BSNL on July 12, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. My Idea account number was 100008747826. After porting out my said number, I had been required to pay outstanding amount of Rs. 337.81 to Idea that I had paid, but to wrong account number 100007847826 on July 21, 2016 (Thursday) at 04:30 p.m. and the reference number was GCMP4622800611 and later I had paid Rs. 337.81 to the correct account number too. Hence Idea need to refund me an amount of Rs. 337.81 paid to wrong account number 100007847826 as later on I had made the payment to the correct Idea account number 100008747826 immediately. I have been informed through one of the employee of Idea, who called me (9850003299), that I am going to receive the refund of Rs. 337.81 through cheque within 45 days as per the company policy, but it has been now more than 45 days and no cheque has been issued. Hence I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get back the amount I had paid in excess to Idea Cellular Limited.
