Product not delivered and no response from seller on query

I have ordered items from www.educatorsresource.in having order id 13730 on September 13,2021. There was no further update regarding the order status either through email or on website. When communicated through emails and query at website regarding the order status and tracking details there was no response till date. The order is still undelivered and no refund initiated due to zero response from seller
