Dear Sir,
My name is Manjeet Bhatia, i have placed an order in bata india for three articles (shoes) with article no:10110344 on 16 january 2013 by paying 1899 rs by debit card. detail is:
1. 399 rs (spark sandal)
2. 699 rs shoe (north star)
3. 900 rs Shoe
Then after 1-2 days i canceled one article worth 900 rs (cancel complaint no:4837)but after 4-5 days i got that canceled product. Now out of three i got 2 articles but i did not get 3rd one (worth 699 rs.). After two months they did not deliver that 3rd order and did not refund the money. Please help me. I call twice or thrice in a week but they say give some time……..this is the case from last two months.
