Complaint about extra deduction of gprs data

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Nangloi, delhi-110041&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea</p>Sir i made a recharge of 2G pocket internet on my idea no.-9582397223 On 7th of march. But when i started using data pack, they deducted more than i have used and they are looking on my this problem. Even the balance checking numbers are not showing the correct balance i have. Please sir look into this matter and please try to solve this problem as soon as possible and make him to give me the deducted balance of gprs data pack to me with a validity.
