I had purchased a router from ebay also raised a claim for the same the claim no is Claim ID : 1001455 and PaisaPay ID : 39208200026 which they have rejected the product received by me is faulty when contacted dlink they told me to either contact croma or ebay as it was purchased online i would like you to look into it and be a fair decission from your end

Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret to know that the product you’ve purchased has stopped working.
We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service center and get the issue resolved.However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a Declaration letter from the authorized service center to [email protected] within 48 hrs stating the same.
Since there is no response from your end and the requested document has not been submitted within the stipulated time, hence we are closing this ticket.
